odd clock behavior

everytime I boot into windows, my clock gets set 4hrs into the future (to GMT if that matters) - I'll set it back inside windows but the next time I boot to windows the clock gets returned to future time. The time zone in Windows is set to EDT.

anyone else find this? have a solution?

Its been noted that the clock is iffy due to XP not supporting the clock system that EFI and Apple use. I'm sure they'll fix it in an update. Remember kiddies, this is beta for a reason. Beta means there is still bugs to squash.

lmao, as it turns out my clock was wrong in OSX... 4hrs off

Download this file, and place it in C:\Windows
Then,
Browse to C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Startup and place a shortcut in there to that file by right clicking in that folder>New>Shortcut.

You have to unzip it first of course.

Does that update the clock to the OS X time or to the 'net?

It kills the Windows XP time, then resyncs it with the time server on startup.
