odd email troubles with 4s!

For some odd reason my incoming email will rarely replace the body of the message with a random picture from my camera roll. The original message in the email is gone? If I check email on my home/work pc it will display the message fine. I have never seen this until I replaced my 3gs with the 4s. Very frustrating to be out of the office and get an email with important details and only be able to see a picture attached that came from my camera roll.

Anyone seen this? or have an obvious solution I'm just looking past?
