Hello everybody,

I'm suddenly having the oddest problem. When I am on my website and browsing to a folder to add a file to a post or Resource, files are greyed out. It started a few days ago with one or two, not more and more files are inaccessible. They're there when I'm in the Finder, just greyed out when browsing to them. It's mostly pdf files, but also other files, like txt files or mp4 clips.

Sometimes I can access a file once, but a second time, it's greyed out.

What on earth could this be? I'm on a Mac Mini M2Pro and Ventura still and it happens both with Firefox and Safari.

Here's what it looks like:

Well, this is weird; it only seems to occur on sites that use XenForo! I tried a few non-XenForo sites (Tapatalk, Invision Community and Khoros) and all was normal.

I am designing a new site at the moment and it does run on XenForo software. But how could that affect files that I browse to in a browser? What am I missing?

I suspect is some kind of mixup between the Open file (⌘O) window, that only shows files associated with the browser (like html), and the window that opens for an upload, that should show all files or all those allowed for upload.
