Long time lurker, first time poster.
Setup: 15" rMBP (Previously 13" 2013 MBA) running OS X Yosemite.
The issue: Strangely, every time I go to upload a file using chrome or Firefox, the upload window ends up moving down slightly on each click of the upload button (on any website). Ultimately the buttons on the bottom of the window move off the screen. I noticed this was also an issue when I was on the Public Beta of Yosemite too.
See images in progression. I hit upload then screenshot the window position, then closed, and did it twice more! See where it just gets longer and longer, and will ultimately go off the screen at the bottom.
