This happens usually when I download an app, but goes away when I respring. Anyone know why it does this and if there's a way to prevent it?
 
I don't think it's a jailbreak issue. People were reporting it long before the jailbreak came out.

Really? I've never heard of it before and it happened from the very first jailbroken app on.
