My cd receiver is telling me that there is "no music data" on my iphone when I know there is. It works on my Bose SoundDock as well as the dock for my home theater, and of course I can listen to it with headphones. Is there something (perhaps the way iTunes is configured) that would cause only my kenwood receiver not to see it? Seeing as it works with my iPod touch, my 5.5G iPod and my girlfriends iPhone, I took my phone to apple and they swapped it for a new one, but I'm STILL having the issue. Sometimes it will play music if I connect it and listen to something else such as the radio first, but not always.

The only thing thats different is that my iPhone syncs certain songs and my others sync the whole library....do you think that would cause it? If so why now as it worked configured this way before? This happened after I upgraded to 3.0, however I don't think the upgrade alone is the culprit as my gf's iphone is running 3.0 too and that works with my stereo just fine. Ugh I dunno but I'm stumped and so was the Apple Genius who gave me a new phone for nothing....almost feel bad.
