Odd Itunes issue...can ya help?

Ok so last night I was creating playlist..just dragging and dropping as I please. well today I bought a few songs on itunes and now cannot drap and drop anything...I know I can hit Ctrl and click the playlist but I dont want to do that. What could have happened to not allow drag and drop?

Have you tried quitting and restarting iTunes?

Are you using iTunes on a Mac or PC?
