Scrolling in menus - definitely in artists, albums, etc and also even in things like Podcasts (I've got just a screen and a half of podcast listings) has got a whole lot jerkier.
The firmware's been the same, but since it's formatted in Windows I Restored on a Windows PC then plugged it straight into the Mac (still prefer using Mac iTunes because of the Applescript hooks).
I let all the music reload and it's gone jerky.
The reason I restored was due to music I added not being recognised by iTunes as music but the iPod still being able to play it back. This meant I could add music, but I couldn't see the tracks in iTunes and also that I couldn't delete them without restoring. Definitely a problem triggered by iTunes 7, but why would the iPod get slower?
