Odd login behavior

I have coworker who is attempting to login to her Mac (OSX 10.5.4). Each time she tries to login, it begins the login process, seemingly fails, and redirects her back to the login page.

After looking at the crash logs, an error relating to "SecurityAgent.app" is listed.

Any thoughts on what could be going on?
