Odd occurance in "my devices"

I have multiple apple devices on my personal apple account, but I also have an iMac and iPad Pro on my business apple account (different email and password). When I look at "my devices" on my personal devices (Macbook Pro, iPad Pro 12.9" and iPhone 13 mini) or find my phone on icloud.com I can see all my personal devices plus the iMac that's logged in on my business account, but I can't see the iPad that's logged in to the business account.

If I check "my devices" on my business iMac and iPad I can only see these two.

Does anyone know why I can see my business iMac on the list when viewing on my personal devices and not the business iPad please?
