Yes, I know that Apple does some funky stuff in the Origami view, but few cripes sake some 80% of my pics are blurry using Origami. No, the originals aren't out of focus - all the other slideshow formats show nice pics.

I'm coming from an original iPad.

I also picked up a couple of the 1080p ATVs today and they show Origami slide shows very nicely indeed - in fact I lost track of time and spent the last couple of hours just watching pics go by... This is in comparison to the 720p ATV2s I just replaced.

Has this blurriness in Origami on the new iPad already been covered somewhere? As you might be able to tell I'm partial to this format so I'd like see what can be done if possible. No obvious settings were apparent.

Yeah I noticed this too. I think apple forgot to update this animation when they came out with the retina display. Hopefully we will see it fixed in an update soon.

OK, thanks for this, I thought I was going nuts for a while there...

I may open a bug report on this now that someone else has seen it too.
