I've had a weird problem occur a handful of times this weekend. For some reason, my Peryn MBP will all of a sudden get very "Jerky" and Sluggish.

That is, it doesn't run as swiftly and smoothly as before. When scrolling over the dock, it takes a few seconds before the icons respond to my mouse's movement (I.E. they don't magnify right away). Also, when typing, the letters have a significant delay before showing up.

Finally, the computer becomes very sluggish in responding. clicking on a minimized program in the dock requires up to 20 seconds before it expands.

It's very weird. All I have running currently is quicktime player (With Flip4Mac), iChat, and a few preview documents open. This is a 4gb machine, 2.5ghz. The disk's permissions ahve been repaired. It seems the only way to reverse the sluggishness is restarting.

Any Ideas???

Yeah it happens sometimes to me too. It just let my computer idle for a few minutes. I think it's the HDD being tasked the entire.
