iPod touch Odd Problem with music

I just noticed that when i touch to other parts of a certain songs, like B.Y.O.B. by SOAD, it's not at the right part. If i drag it to the end, it still continues where it left off and the iPod says it's at 0 seconds. This might be hard to explain but if anyone understands could you explain why this is?

I restored it and it did nothing. It's happening with nearly every song i have that has been encoded with LAME3.90. On my ipod classic, it works just fine, why is this happening with my ipod touch?

Never faced this problem nor do i really know how to solve this. Sorry dude.
Try contacting apple they might have a solution or the restore just might work.
