Odd Replacement 4s Battery

I ordered a new battery for my 4s and this is what I received. Looks like someone used a qtip and thinner to remove lettering and logos. Does anyone here know what's up with that?

I haven't installed it yet. Thanks.

It either works or it doesnt. Looks like a used china battery to me. I wouldnt care about it that much.
