Odd Safari behaviour thats making it quit

Well, its strange to me. I did read through some other threads and 3.2.1 seems to be giving people headaches. But its been working fine until now.

I'll be using it then suddenly a little 'email' type of window will come up along with another browser window that shows up completely dark grey with a url that says something like http://173.65.7.298 and a bunch of other gobbledegook after it.

Also when these windows open it won't let me do anything else in safari.

Then when try and press 'ok' or 'cancel' or 'help' on that little email window, safari quits on me.

I trashed it and d/l'd another copy form apple. But I haven't used it yet. I'm using firefox at the moment (another one thats been unstable lately!)

Well it just happened again, but now I can see what the window title was.

'send email for review'

then its got the usual spaces to type in the usual email type address stuff.

and then a small text box to write in. The buttons are 'help' 'ok or 'send' (come to think of it) and 'cancel'.
Its a relatively small window.

I installed a new one. trashed the old one and now its back. this only began to happen today. I have no idea unless its some bug virus thingy.

You've probably done this ,but reset pram and repair permissions.

Yeah, I did repair but I'll give the ol' pram reset a whirl.

mebe throw in the hold shift key on startup for extra measure
