Odd visual glitches

Since updating to os26 I have noticed a strange glitch when using safari.
Sometimes a page comes up with an unusual colour at the top, and when I scroll down and back up, it reverts to the usual appearance.
Here are two shots of what happens and changes.

I'm thinking there could be multiple explanations for that…which doesn't help.
