I've never seen this before, but I just barely went into my Settings/Wallpaper/Wallpaper screen and instead of seeing all the different stock wallpapers (like the bubbles, chalkboard, jeans...), I saw just one big black block around where the wallpapers usually are (screenshot below).

Has anyone seen this before or know what tweak might cause this behavior?

The wallpapers are deleted take a screenshot and see if you can view that properly. Files could have been corrupted or possibly you have been tinkering with sshing into your phone.
