iPhone 12 Pro Odds of switching color, or buying second iPhone 12 Pro in store during pickup?

I'm scheduled to pick up my Graphite 12 Pro noon tomorrow at my local Apple Store. What do you think my odds are of being able to switch the order to a Pacific Blue model, or better yet, purchase the Graphite AND also snag a Pacific Blue (or frankly any other color) Pro phone while I'm there? I have a Product Red 12 ordered for my wife, which also delivers by UPS tomorrow, but I think she'd enjoy the tele lens (and longer battery life) enough to justify the increased cost. Anyway, I'm just curious what everyone thinks.

I would say getting the blue is gonna be a hard way to go

I'm unfamiliar with the amount of stock Apple stores get on iPhone launches that are allocated to walk in sales, not pre-orders. Evidently the store stock is fairly thin, so I won't hold my breath on getting an exchange or an additional unit. Oh well. First world problems
