OE.When im trying to send emails an error

I am using Outlook Express and when im trying to send emails i get this error:
"An unknown error has occurred. Account: 'Scoil Eimear', Server: 'scanner.scoilnet.ie', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '421 4.7.0 Not allowed.', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 421, Error Number: 0x800CCC67"
How to stop that error?? Please help me guys..

If you can access the menu in OE, go to File |
Identities and set up a new Identity. If
you can then open to the Identity, go to File | Import | Messages and import
from the older Identity.

If you can't even access the menu items, and deleting
folders.dbx did not fix the issue, then you will need to rename the inbox.dbx
file or else move it to another directory.
OE should then start without locking up, as it will create a new inbox
and there won't be anything to read.
