OEM vs. Full Retail

I am about to buy a copy of XP Home edition to use with Parallels, probably going to buy from NewEgg. Should I buy a full retail copy or an OEM version. I know this has been asked before, but I need some advise.

well the only major difference is that the OEM just has the disc and key-no pretty packaging, no manuals and most notably no tech support-

but may I ask is there a reason that you dont want to get vista-im just curious
