OEM White iPhone 4 Conversion Kit - New Proximity Sensor?

Hi i dropped my black iPhone 4 the other day and now my screen is cracked.

I was looking into getting the white iphone 4 conversion kit.

Does any one know if the OEM Apple Front + Back Case is availabe and where from? I have looked on ebay and most of the ones i have found have the dotted proximity sensor.

obviously they are not probabily OEM but they do look like the new white iphone 4 as the proximity sensor looks similar.

Also i have seen alot of people having problems with the flash defuser and the camera not being as clear using the white iphone 4 conversion kits?

has this been resolved or is there a certain kit which is better quality?

opps forgot to ask are all the retina displays the same as what Apple use or have fakes ones started to be used now?
