I have Logic Studio Pro and the Adobe CS3 designer suite installed. Little snitch as well, but everything else is just stock applications.

I load chess, move the pawn in front of the king forward two squares, and chess crashes. I've sent a few reports into Apple.

This is on a new Mac Pro with an 8800GT. Anyone else experience this?

yea happens to me too but its not the end of the world for me not to play chess :p but I do wounder whats wrong with it.

I figured out what was wrong with it - I had changed the voice from the default to "Hysterical". I guess it would crash whenever it tried to speak.

It's working fine now.

My Chess always crashes after I finish a game...I have to relaunch. Annoying...but not the end of the world.

My chess will never stay open for long, but that's mainly because I really suck at chess and I rapidly become frustrated with getting my a** handed to me by the comp.
