Off and on wireless charger?

Does it hurt the iPhone battery if you constantly pick up the phone from the wireless charger and then put it back on to keep charging? Is it better to let it charge uninterrupted?

it's a very common use case for wireless charging. apple, and I believe most big names, have considered this already, so don't worry.
