Off contract iphone 5 unlock at release.

Does anybody know if we will be able to officially unlock the off contract iphone 5's on release?

I know last year if you bought an iphone 4s off contract and took it home and plugged it into itunes then the phone become unlocked. Anybody know if this will be possible with the 5?
