iPod touch Off-line calendar and contact apps for Ipod Touch

I found a write-up on Calendar Tools in one of the forums that looks pretty good. It says that it will allow me to set up complex repeat rules and criteria so I think I'm set for that.

I'm still looking for a decent contact manager that will allow me to set categories for given contacts: e.g. Joe Smith might fall into categories friends, business, and fishing buddies. There are a lot of apps out there that seem to do that. I need a little more help to make a decision so I'm not saddled with something that creates more problems than I've already got. I'd like something that will sync with Google-apps and Outlook.

I'm looking at Fast Add Contacts... any ideas? What works for you guys?
