office 2004 entourage....pros hELP plz..

is there a way i could set it...so each time i open entourage i could read my mail but not download all of it and empty out my email account?

Simple solution

Go to Accounts (in Preferences under the Entourage menu), select your account, click on edit, click on Options then select the tick box "Leave a copy of each message on the server".
