I just purchased 2 new imacs, intel chip and all. I have microsoft 2004 and all of the users for this computer are pretty inflexible about changing software programs, so I'd like to put microsoft office 2004 on these machines.

Are there any compatibility issues with this version of office and the intel chip? How about with Leopard and microsoft office 2004?

I'm using Office 2004 with Leopard (having given up on Pages) and so far it's been perfect, no issues at all.

I had problems with MBP; some .ppt-files got system to hang (powerpoint opened in fullscreen slideshow-mode and then system got stuck)

So I installed neo office and so far no problems..

After Leopard installation Word, PowerPoint and Entourage do not start any more and need force quit.
No way to correct the situation.
