I have the opportunity to buy a copy of Office for Mac for a highly discounted price. What should I pick, Office 2004 or 2008 ?
I have a MBP.

I have a MBP.

2008 without question since it's not a rosetta app, has better compatibility, plus updated features.

Ok I'll go for it. I can have it for just 25 eur! The question came from the fact that some time ago I tried a copy of Office 2008 on my Powerbook G4 and experienced some crashes on big Word files with plots and equations. But I guess some issues have been fixed through updates.

The super secret deal is about 25 euros usually. It comes and goes. There's a super secret deal on windows vista 64 red for 30 euros too on the super secret site.

It's a kind of convention between the place where I work and Microsoft. 100% legal.
