Office 2004 super suite rebate questions.

These may be stupid questions but sometimes companies are real sticklers when it comes to rebates so I figured I would ask.

Do you send the whole top of the box or just cut out where the barcode thing is?

Is it Ok to send in a manilla envelope instead of a regular letter envelope?

It is okay to cut out the barcode and send in that part. They do not need the rest of the plastic lid or the cardboard insert.

I sent both the plastic lid (trimmed around the edges to make it flat) and the cardboard insert, just to make sure they'll have no excuse to reject my claim

I know thats what I'm worried about so I just put in the whole thing without even cutting anything. But I needed to put in a manilla envelope to fit. I haven't sent it out yet though. Kinda waiting because I like to procrastinate.

I sent the whole top, plastic edges and all. The envelope was a funny shape but I wasn't taking any chances.
