Almost all my spreadsheets are made in excel 2007 for windows. When I open these sheets up in excel 2011 for mac, the sheet isn't the same size.

Example, my spreadsheet fits perfect for a 1 page print out in excel 2007 due to spacing the cells properly. Well in excel 2011, it pushes the same sheet to two pages. If I want to fix it, I have to resize the cells which would suck because some spreadsheets are huge.

I checked margin spacing and they both are identical.

is anyone else experience this? Any input on how to fix? :apple:

in Excel printing preferences setting it to one page wide and one page tall?
Page Break View mode, adjust as you want them to be?

This worked nicely. Any way to do the entire book at one time or am I going to have to adjust sheet by sheet?

Thanks for your reply McGiord

You have to select all the worksheets and then do the change.
Hold the shift or command key while clicking them.

Your awesome. I hate I have to do all that, but I guess I have to pay the penalty for using Windows :D. Thanks again for taking the time to help out.
