Office 2008 Citation Styles

Does anyone know how to add Citation Styles into Microsoft Word 2008?

I am from the UK and need the Harverd Referencing for uni, and the built in Citation Styles are all American.

This would be handy for me, having 'googled' it, it can be done but requires knowledge of XML. Can anyone help?

It's an add on for FireFox, and there are plug ins for Word. Make sure you get the correct version of both. Have a good read through the whole site. It supports many different styles, including Harvard.
