I'm hoping someone could help me.

Note for my pharmacology course is found online, but is not set up to where I could save the file as a word document, so I have to resort to cut and paste. Problem is, when I cut and paste, the bullet formating and line spacing is thrown off. I thought selecting the whole document and clicking on single line spacing would bring the document back to single line spacing, but even after doing so, the spacing seems to still be double spaced. Could someone please comment on or instruct me on how to disregard all spacing from cut and paste so that I may correct the spacing and bulleting manually? Any help with this is greatly appreciated.

When you copy the text from the other document, go into Word and don't just hit Cmd-V. From the Edit menu, select "Paste Special...", then "Unformatted text".

Regards,
Nadyne.
