Office 2008 update download, stuck?

Hi

Im currently downloading an Office 2008 update which seems to be stuck.

Its on the install of the installer and the blue bar is not moving at all.

Any suggestions, I have included a pic

am currently using OS X 10.4.11

Is it the only things that is frozen?
Are you able to use other apps and the finder?

All other apps are fine, the mac running great as usual. only this update, which seems to have frozen

You may want to command + option + esc to force quit the installer at this point and try again

I seem to be having this problem, too. (Here is my topic on it.) I've tried running mine 4 times already. I can't get through the beginning of the Installation part - it's stuck as well. I've been trying to upload a photo to PhotoBucket, but it seems like PhotoBucket is down or something.
