Office 2011 Mac - Window Placement Preserved?

This is probably a dumb question but it's kind of gnawing into my brain and driving me to an irritated state right now.

Is there a way to force Office's opening window to remember it's last position and size? Right now, every time I open the thing, it pops to the extreme top/left of the screen. I want it centered and sized as I last used it when opening. It may not be possible, but if anyone knows how to force this, PLEASE LET ME KNOW :eek:
