I have Office 2011 on my Yosemite 10.10.3

I am unable to install an update to my 2011 and get the following message.

Office 2011 14.5.0 Update can't be installed on this disk. A version of the software required to install this update was not found in this volume.

Can anyone help me with this.

Be thankful you were unable to update. The 14.5 update has caused serious problems for many users. Problems vary from having no window to not being able to send email and Outlook crashing when opening.

What version do you currently have installed? All recent updaters require 14.1.0 or higher. If you are unable to upgrade after Microsoft issues a fix and you are running 14.1.0 and higher you would need to do a reinstall of Office 2011.
