Has anyone been able to get iCloud mail setup on Office 2016 up and running?
All the config's I have found on line still cannot get it connecting to iCloud.
Get a username / password authentication error.

* editing this post in case someone else has the issue, resolved it...
relates to two factor authentication for iCloud, you need to go setup a Outlook 2016 password in Apple ID and use that in the mail setup for iCloud for it to work
