Hello,

In Windows world, Outlook makes an OST file for offline viewing of e-mails, contacts, etc. However, on a Mac, there is this whole file structure that is somehow encrypted to obscure the content of the files.

What happened is that I had to delete my wife off of the network and re-create her account (AD corruption), and I cannot get her contact information out of those folders.

So, the question is this: I have her user account in /Users/Deleted Users, and I am able to get to /Users/Delete Users/Wifey/Library/Microsoft User Data/Contacts/00-250 (Doing this from memory...I mv'd the account over there)

OK, how do I get those contacts into her new account's Outlook?

Thank you,

Jeffy
