I have a brand new iMac Pro with SSD and 64GB memory and after a while (when lots of files are open) the machine gets very slow. Even just going from one tab to another within a file the beachball shows up for several seconds. The same happens on my MacBook Pro and my older iMacs after upgrading to Mojave. Any idea how to solve this.
