Office for Mac 2013 coming soon?

I was wondering if anyone knows when the next Office for Mac will be coming out. It is definitely due for an update.

And I would not doubt if it will be subscription-only, although I hope very much not.

I doubt there will be another version of Office specifically for the Mac. MS wants to push the subscription model so Office 365 style products will be the order of the day going forward.
