office formatting palatte....

my formatting palatte has moved way to the right and is now off the screen....i can't click on it and clicking any of the view buttons doesn't work. please help?????

Which app in Office are you talking about, or is it happening with all of them? An old trick to get around this problem has been to reduce the screen resolution and then put it back to where it was, although this doesn't always work. Alternatively, ditching a relevant preference file usually works.
