I am wanting to get a 3G iPhone on Friday, but I got rid of my original iPhone, because I couldn't edit my work documents. I had thought that I heard from the keynote, that I would be able to do this. Upon re-reading information about the 2.0 software it looks like I can only open these and only as attachments to e-mail.

What is the thought of me actually being able to edit word/excel documents on an iPhone with 2.0 software? Or, an office being made for the App store? M$FT or OpenOffice etc...????

Thanks for the help/thoughts!

Ben

It would probably take one of the OOO devs to develop something like this. At least, it would be good. I have also wanted the same. I really like OOO 3.0 Beta so something developed for the iPhone would work for me.
