Office Student & Teacher for Macs

Are the documents produced by Office Student Teacher for Mac compatible wih PC's? I just want to know if I can stick a disk with a word/excel/pp saved from a mac, ino a PC. Thanks.

Yes. There are no functional differences between the education and normal versions.
