I occasionally go to the official Apple support forums for help, but it seems they recently added a new requirement to create a new community username even though I've had one for there for at least 3 years.

Once I log in, it takes me to a page displaying my Apple ID, first and last name but my username isn't working. This page requires a new community username apparently?. Then it won't let me create that new username with the error message:

"An account utilizing this email address already exists. Only one account per email address is allowed on Apple Support Communities."

Cleared my cookies and same thing. What's going on? Anyone else experience this recently?
