Is this completely new? It is dated today: October 24, 2022.

It has links to every OS X / macOS download from 10.7 Lion to 13 Ventura.

I am assuming macOS 13 Ventura will appear soon too.

This page isn't new. It has been there for quite awhile. Looks like they added Lion and Mountain Lion recently though. It's dated today because they added Ventura to it. (It's in your screenshot. ;))

Lion and Mountain Lion have been there for a long time. Mavericks (10.9) remains conspicuously absent.

Are you sure? I don't recall those two being there when I've referenced this page in the past. Wayback Machine shows that it was added sometime between September 8th and September 27th...likely on the 12th based on the published date shown on the archive from the 27th.

It's interesting they don't have Mavericks. I wonder why that is?

FWIW, every machine that can run Mavericks can also run Yosemite.

Then again, every machine that can run Sierra can also run High Sierra.

Maybe the Lions were on a separate page then. I know I've downloaded them from Apple some time ago using the same strange installer they have for Lion and Mountain Lion now.
