official leather case (5s) exchange with another color?

i heard that there is a year warranty on this. few scuffs showing now after i removed the phone probably twice now in a month of usage. Anyone here had an experience exchanging to a different color?

I'm curious to know whether apple will exchange my beige one for black after a month of usage as it's showing some horrendous scuffs .

I exchanged my beige for a black one at 30 days with no issue. The clerk had to get a manager approval which was no problem when looking at a barely month old case that looked like it does.

i did exchange with brown since i bought the air and brown leather smart case too. they agreed and i believe the case is worth it since there is a year warranty.
