Official music app not showing all songs in a playlist?

Here are two screenshots showing the same playlist, one in the official Music app and one in Cesium, a third party app.

As you can see the song "Pray for me" is missing in the official Music app. Is there a reason the official app might not show a track in a playlist? Also I looked again and "Fantasy" is also missing! WTF.

Are those music downloaded? I assume this is Apple Music. For me (local iTunes library), everywhere shows the sane thing.
