I watched the facebook page for hours, seeing people complaining and then their post being removed. Not a way to take care of customer.

I have been ordering online for many year, NEVER did i saw a pre-order price change after the payment. What if the price is one millions dollar and My credit card is block, Will you have to pay it.... It just does not make sense. If your business would be in Canada, Government Customer Protection would be all over you.
The Solution is very simple DO NOT Take the order, just send an email when the site goes back online with the final price and we decide if the price is ok for us.
This way you will have happy customer and you won't have to pay somebody to remove angry customer post on facebook (you won't save on employe responding to email, because you don't do it).

My true story: I was with Rogers, call them, ask to unlock iPhone, few hour later I was unlock (very cheap). A friend ask me to unlock his Bell iPhone, I told him to call Bell, they refuse, then he brought me the phone, ask me to unlock it (because I'm retired and I have a lot of free time).
Because of firmware version, I could not do it. So I found your website, Right there I found it strange and did not fill the whole order info. A few minute later, I received a email Helping me to finish the order... I write to customer service but no info about this Unknow Price thing. My friend approved the 20 pounds price.
Now that I told him that we don't know what would be the final price, he told me to stop the process. BUT You won't refund, so now, he will sell the iphone "as-is" to somebody else, I will ended up paying the unlock for somebody I do not know.
I am sure you do a great job when the Network site in Online, why do you loose all credibility by taking order for Offline Network. This is just wrong
We sell pre-orders for network unlocks which go offline temporarily, and when they come back the price we get charged is inevitably different.
