Hi everyone,

I've had O2 officially unlock my iPhone but it keeps locking everytime I turn it off and on / deactivate and activate the flight mode with a foreign SIM card. When I connect the phone to iTunes, the activation screen saying "your iPhone has been successfully unlocked - OK" comes up and the phone can be used again.

Restoring didn't help. I recently had this phone swapped and the one before, also officially unlocked, never had this problem. Help, please?

Reset your network settings?

Can I ask how you went about getting your phone officially unlocked by o2? Did you just ask them when you bought it or did you have to pay?

The same thing happened to me. I ended up wiping my iPhone and setting it up from scratch as if it was a new iPhone. A bit of a pain as you could lose your data but it fixed the problem and been fine since (6 months).

Cheers :) Will give this a try.
