I really like myTranslator, but alas, it requires a data connection.

There is a great one that I used in italian class called Ultralingua Italian Translator. It comes at a price, but has everything related to italian.

Thanks for the suggestion, but yes, it is $24.99. That's a bit steap.
As well, it looks more like a dictionary than a 'translator'. MyTranslator is simple and eays, just online!
