Offline Translator/Dictionary for Mac

One, it'd be great if this could be an "add-on" to the native dictionary app.

Basically, I'd love an app/widget for my MacBook Pro that could translate from French to English, or English to French. Tons of apps do this, but require an internet connection unfortunately.

It'd be even better if it included a conjugator.

Price is no option. Give me a reliable, offline translator.
